Life at university can be exciting, and we understand it can also bring challenges, such as adjusting to a new environment and the general stress of being a student. All the sessions I had with the BUV Well-being team, in which I was seen and heard most compassionately and lovingly, have been extremely helpful to my academic and personal lives. Our counsellor is very attentive and responsive, trying her best to create a safe environment to pour my heart out.
