ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
PREMIUM ACCOMMODATION
Students can choose from a range of high-quality housing options, all professionally managed and fully supported by the University.
Accommodation options include the BUV-managed Student Residence and partner-operated serviced apartments.
Each provides a safe, comfortable, modern, and convenient living environment, helping students focus on their studies and enjoy a fulfilling university experience.
The BUV Residence offers a vibrant, supportive student community, while the Partner Apartments provide greater privacy and independence.
Throughout their stay, students are fully supported by the BUV Accommodation & Housing Services Team, always ready to assist and ensure their living experience is enjoyable and worry-free.

*Monthly rent may be adjusted depending on the time period and actual conditions - Ideal for: Students, especially first-year students who prefer a comprehensively supported, community-based living environment or students who prefer a quiet environment and an independent, comfortable lifestyle.

- Rent includes all utilities: electricity, water (within the regulated usage limit), internet, and management fees, weekly cleaning service
LANDLORD PARTNERSHIP
Available in various areas across Ecopark, these accommodations are managed directly by trusted private landlords, with support from the BUV Accommodation & Housing Services Team to ensure a smooth and reliable living experience. If you’re looking for a more affordable option and are comfortable with a bit more independence, this could be a good fit.

- Estimated distance to BUV: 1.5–3 km (varies by location)
- Transport options: BUV bus, personal vehicle, or ride-hailing services
- Monthly rent: From 230 USD per room (inclusive of all utility fees, based on estimated average usage)

- Student rooms are located across different buildings and floors
- Room allocation may depend on the availability of suitable housemates, so students may need to wait until a matching group is arranged.

Located in the modern Vinhomes Ocean Park 2 & 3, these apartments are ideal for those who value independence and budget-conscious living and are comfortable living a bit further to campus.
