For the training of teachers, the two sides agree to coordinate in training and retraining programmes to improve competency, language proficiency and to issue foreign language certificates to meet the requirements of the civil service and society. Alongside this, other educational, academic exchanges, training, and research activities will be organized under the approval of both universities.
