All scholarship application documents must be submitted before the application deadline, these documents include:
1. Passport-sized photograph*
High-resolution photo (at least 1200px in dimension) of you with portrait layout, clean background, and neat clothes. Kindly note that this provided photo might be used for communication purposes on BUV’s platforms if you become a BUV Scholarship Winner.
2. Copy of ID card/Passport*
3. English-translated copy of high school graduation certificate OR provisional high school graduation certificate (if applicable) (with certified stamp)
4. English-translated copy of academic transcript for grades 10, 11 and 12 and other transcript(s) (with certified stamp) *
5. International Qualifications (if any): English-translated Certificate(s) and transcript(s) (with certified stamp or signature)
6. Evidence of extra-curricular activities during high school (English translated copy if not in English) *
7. Copy of IELTS/TOEFL/Other qualifications result with valid date *
8. Personal Statement in English *
9. Recommendation Letter(s) (English-translated copy if not in English) *
10. Evidence (English-translated copy) of disability or in need of financial support, i.e. “Giấy Chứng nhận hộ nghèo” (if relevant)

Short-listed candidates will be invited to the interview round at British University Vietnam Ecopark Campus.
The University will cover transportation fees for candidates living outside of Hanoi and Hung Yen (if necessary).
The final results will be sent to candidates via email.
Note: For the Innovation Weaving and Tech Queens Scholarship shortlisted candidates, the interviews may be held in person on campus or online for those living outside of Hanoi & Hung Yen province.

Achieving the BUV Key Partnership Scholarship has been my dream since 11th grade. At that time, I was just a student with ordinary academic performance and some experience participating in a few projects. With such a record, I was not confident enough to apply for the scholarship. Nevertheless, as times changed, I strived to improve myself every day. I dared to participate in many different projects on my own to hone my skills and pursued my passion more seriously. And now, standing here as a proud BUV Scholarship Winner, I want to inspire others with my unwavering determination and resilience. No matter who you are, whether your score is high or low, as long as you have the courage to endeavour, all efforts will be rewarded.

My journey to becoming the BUV Scholarship Winner was anything but easy. At the time of applying, my profile was not as outstanding as others. All I had were a few drawings and a dream of becoming an excellent designer. Realising I was far behind other candidates, I started planning, seeking help, and utilising every resource available to me. I aimed to win provincial academic awards and sought advice from educational consultants on how to write scholarship essays. I poured my heart into improving my grades and refining my drawings to create a complete creative portfolio.
During this process, I discovered a lot about myself, from my weaknesses to my strengths, from my passion for art to my desire to convey meaningful messages to society. Interestingly, the journey of applying for the BUV scholarship was the period of my fastest growth. Through this small story, I want to convey a message to those who are still hesitant about their future decisions: take risks and keep moving forward. No matter how limiting your circumstances may be, if you remain calm, confident, and ready to face challenges, success will be within your reach!
