BRITISH UNIVERSITY VIETNAM (BUV)

British University Vietnam (BUV) is the first and only international university in Vietnam to directly award British degrees from the prestigious University of London and other UK universities. BUV is rated a 5 Star university of excellence by the world recognised QS accreditor and is also recognised with a University-wide accreditation from the UK’s Quality Assurance Agency (QAA).

BUV has three main brand drivers:

POSITION PURPOSE  

In this role, you will be supporting the brand marketing team in developing and enhancing BUV brand awareness and values, building a consistent brand image & brand essence.  

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 

Branding campaign Support: 

  • Assist in the development and execution of branding campaigns, including campaign ideation, campaign planning, campaign management and reporting. 
  • Support in the creation of marketing materials, such as key visual, video production, social media content, email campaigns, leaflet, brochures, etc., 

Event support:  

  • Assist in the planning and execution of branding events, including webinars, conferences, Experience Day and Open Day. 
  • Handle logistical tasks, such as registration, speaker coordination, and event materials preparation. 

Ad-hoc Projects 

  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed, such as administrative and logistical tasks. 

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS 

COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities)  

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Exceptional Vietnamese writing skills and advanced English competencies. 

Key skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Strong interest in brand marketing and a passion for creativity. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude. 
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.
