I left Vietnam to pursue my education in the UK in 2006 when I was 17 years old. Seven years later, I returned to Vietnam after spending two years in Torquay for my A-levels, three years at the University of Leeds for my undergraduate degree, and two years at the University of Birmingham for my master’s degree. My education focused specifically on Investment, Business, and Financial Economics. Since then, I have spent the last decade working with advisory firms and eventually joined a local corporation, leading their fundraising and M&A practice. For most of my career, I have been involved in investment-related work, from auditing to primary investment and M&A, serving clients across the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and beyond. Born and raised in Hanoi, I spent a significant part of my career in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s financial hub. Throughout my life, I have had the privilege of being exposed to different cultures, both within Vietnam and globally. I grew up in the Northern community, worked closely with my Southern countrymen, served Japanese and Dutch investors, and lived with a local Devon family, among other experiences. I enjoy sports, movies, and engaging in friendly conversations with people from all walks of life.
