Our Staffordshire University Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme integrates business education with innovative AI-based teaching methods, offering a comprehensive understanding of key business domains such as finance, marketing, leadership and strategic management. The AI component enhances learning through personalized content, real-time feedback, and interactive simulations, making complex concepts more accessible and engaging.

Our Master of Business (Mbus) programme offers specialisms in Global Management, Digital Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality, Creative Industries and Fintech & Data Analytics, and aims to equip learners withs the skills, knowledge and work experience required to embark on a career in management in the industry of their choice.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Essential

• PhD or Doctoral qualifications and master’s degree in a relevant discipline area from an internationally recognized institution.
• University and postgraduate teaching experience in programs delivered entirely in English.
• Sufficient breadth or depth of specialist knowledge in the discipline to develop teaching programmes and the provision of learning support.
• At least three years’ experience of teaching or equivalent industry training in relevant subject areas.
• In-depth understanding of own specialism to enable the development of new knowledge and understanding within the field.
• Evidence of a positive impact on discipline programme level beyond own teaching.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development and/or professional industrial membership.
• Evidence of high-quality publications or other outputs in research or practice.
• Ability to use a range of up-to-date delivery techniques to enthuse and engage students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to students and colleagues.
• Clean police record

Desirable

• Experience of research and evidence of up-to-date research activity.
• Evidence of excellent teaching identified by peer review.
• Experience of living and working in Vietnam or Asia.
