BUV’s General Director Meets The Secretary Of The Hanoi Party Committee

BUV’s General Director, Jesse Boone, recently met The Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Hoang Trung Hai, and had the opportunity to share BUV’s goal of continuous enhancement for the future. This stands out as an achievement in what is already a landmark year for BUV, having already won the Golden Dragon Award and Excellent Brand Award for the fourth year in a row. These awards are presented by the Vietnam Economic Times and demonstrate our commitment to improving the quality of international higher education for sustainable, long-term development in the country.

The meeting took place at the Hanoi 2016 Investment & Development Cooperation assembly on the 4th of June 2016. In this assembly the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Hoang Trung Hai, met with representatives of foreign enterprises in Hanoi. BUV’s General Director, Jesse Boone, was able to share BUV’s ambition of furthering the university’s reputation as a world-class centre for learning. Mr. Boone won both the encouragement and support of the secretary when sharing BUV’s ambition of continually improving the school’s already world-class standards of education. A key part of these discussions was BUV’s investment in the Ecopark campus, totalling over VND 1,610 billion. BUV is now poised to bring the first British-standard university education environment for Vietnam and international students.

BUV offers a number of international programmes including BSc (Hons) Banking and Finance awarded by The University of London, BA (Hons) programmes awarded by Staffordshire University (International Business Management, Marketing Management, Accounting and Finance and Tourism Management) and BA Finance and Economics awarded by BUV, with dual degree status awarded by Staffordshire University.
