British University Vietnam (BUV) is the first and only international university in Vietnam to directly award British degrees from the prestigious University of London and other UK universities. POSITION PURPOSE
The Officer, High School & Agent Partnership – Local contributes directly to BUV’s student recruitment objectives by developing, strengthening, and coordinating partnerships with educational agents and partner networks. The role supports the implementation of recruitment activities, ensures effective communication between BUV and partners, and facilitates the delivery of high-quality engagement events, training, and information sessions.
This position also plays a key role in maintaining accurate partner data, tracking student applications, and supporting reporting processes to enable data-driven decision making. The Officer collaborates closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations, timely support for partners, and a professional representation of BUV in all external interactions.
Overall, the role enhances BUV’s market presence and contributes to achieving enrolment targets through strong partner relationship management and operational excellence.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Partner Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with agents and partner organisations to provide updates, support, and guidance on BUV programmes and admissions requirements.
- Assist in onboarding, supporting, and nurturing partnerships to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Coordinate partner engagement activities such as training sessions, briefings, and visits.
- Recruitment & Marketing Support
- Support the organisation of events, workshops, and promotions with partners to drive lead generation and applications.
- Collaborate with Marketing and SR teams on materials, content, and information to ensure consistent and accurate representation of BUV.
- Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update partner data and activity records on Salesforce and internal systems.
- Track recruitment performance, student applications, and outcomes from partner activities.
- Support reporting requirements as assigned by the SRC Manager/Line Manager.
- Operations & Administration
- Coordinate logistics for partner-related events, meetings, campus visits, and engagement activities.
- Prepare documentation, official communications, and follow-up reports.
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient operations across the SRC team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.

- Good command of English (written and spoken).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desirable
- Experience in sales, education consultancy, or partnership management.
