British University Vietnam offers premium student accommodation at Swanlake Residences R2. With a variety of apartment sizes and amenities tailored for students, this facility is designed to provide BUV students with a high-class and comfortable living and learning environment.

The BUV Student Accommodation, managed by BUV Student Accommodation Management (BSAM), aims to enhance students’ international learning experiences. Located in Ecopark, one of Vietnam’s leading ecological urban areas, the accommodation offers a perfect blend of modern amenities, a civilised community and natural beauty, providing students with a “5-star” lifestyle in a sustainable environment.

Prime location for living and studying

The BUV Student Accommodation is located on a separate floor in Swanlake Residences R2 — one of the few apartment buildings in Ecopark that borders the 52-hectare central park – Swan Lake, with two pedestrian bridges connecting to the park, ensuring fresh air and cool temperatures year-round.

This location is just 2 kilometres from the BUV campus, allowing for a quick 5-minute school bus or 10-minute bike ride. The location offers easy access to various amenities within Ecopark, including a pedestrian street, shopping, and dining areas. Additionally, it is only a 25-minute drive from downtown Hanoi and a 40-minute drive from Noi Bai International Airport, 30-minute drive from the My Dinh area. From the dormitory, students and their families can easily access highways such as the elevated Ring Road 3 and the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway, making travel convenient for both family members and students when visiting home.

Premium amenities and sustainable living

When residing in the BUV Student Accommodation, students can enjoy many existing premium on-site amenities of the Swanlake Residences R2, including indoor and infinity pools, a Japanese garden (to be completed by 2025), a gym, a tearoom and a yoga room. They also have access to the Mori Onsen hot mineral baths comp complex, offering therapeutic benefits with three mineral salts imported from Japan. Students can also use the common amenities of the Ecopark urban area and enjoy service discounts from BUV’s partners.

The Mori Onsen is a 2.000 meters square hot mineral bath services complex located in the 3rd and 4th floor of The Landmark, Swanlake Residences.

The student accommodation also prioritises the use of renewable energy sources and environmental protection measures for water and air, reflecting Ecopark’s and BUV’s commitment to sustainable development.

Offer diverse accommodation options and high-class living standard

BUV student accommodation offers various room/apartment options for students, including: Studio apartments with a combined living room, bedroom, and kitchen in one space, suitable for 1-2 students; Single apartments with one bedroom, a separate living room, and kitchen, suitable for 1-2 students; Single bedrooms in 2 or 3-bedroom apartments with shared common areas like bathroom, living room, and kitchen; Master rooms featuring an en-suite main bedroom in 2 or 3-bedroom apartments, with shared living room and kitchen.

Located in the core of Ecopark, the Student Accommodation has the best views of the surrounding areas.

Different room sizes come with different cost packages to accommodate diverse budget segments. Students can live alone or share with friends (applicable to apartment options), depending on their needs and the availability of rooms/apartments at the time of registration.

Each student accommodation apartment is equipped with modern furniture and equipment, including beds, wardrobes, tea tables, sofas, and other amenities like refrigerators, water heaters, and kitchen systems The apartments in the student accommodation are designed to meet high-end residential standards, ensuring spacious and functional living areas. Notably, the apartments are covered with smart antibacterial interior paint that can prevent viruses, creating a healthy living environment for students.

Exclusive privileges for BUV Students

In addition to the privileges of residents living in Swanlake Residences R2, BUV students also benefit from services provided exclusively by BSAM for the school’s students.

A 24/7 hotline service operated by BASM, will address all issues arising during the students’ stay. The living space will be protected by three levels of security, including building access control, private access rights to the student accommodation floor, and fingerprint safety locks for each apartment.

Additionally, BUV students living in the student accommodation will enjoy free weekly cleaning services, with maintenance and upkeep services conducted regularly to ensure that the accommodation rooms and equipment remain tidy, clean, and in good working condition.

Moreover, students will have access to a community activity area designed exclusively for the BUV student accommodation floor. This is a place for students to strengthen bonds, interact, and participate in neighboorhood community events organized by BSAM, contributing to enhanced mental health and fostering closer relationships with fellow students from the same school.

For international students studying at BUV, BSAM also supports quick integration into the learning environment and local life through assistance services such as purchasing SIM cards, foreign currency exchange guidance, and airport pick-up arrangements.
