- Apply data-driven insights and advanced engine tools (Unity and Unreal Engine) to evaluate gameplay mechanics and support strategic design-balancing for mobile and cross-platform titles.
- Demonstrate knowledge of sustainable game development life-cycles, incorporating ethical monetization strategies and responsible player-engagement principles.
- Leverage high-level programming languages (C++ and C#) to optimize game performance, improve user experience (UX), and drive technical innovation in interactive media.
- Develop and implement original game IPs and innovative mechanics aligned with the competitive advantages of the Vietnamese market and global industry trends.
- Analyse and address the challenges of launching, scaling, and sustaining indie and AA studios, focusing on the business principles of the global and domestic games ecosystem.
- Evaluate cross-cultural and ethical challenges in game content and community management, considering diverse global perspectives and localized player behaviors.
- Demonstrate professional communication skills through technical documentation, pitch presentations, and structured argumentation within both academic and studio contexts.
- Engage in collaborative "Studio-model" projects and research-based prototyping to drive innovation in game design theory and digital transformation.
