GLOBAL RECOGNITION
BUV is the first university in Vietnam to achieve an overall QS 5-Star rating and has maintained this recognition for six consecutive years.
BUV has become the first university in Vietnam to earn its global quality accreditation, awarded after completing the International Quality Review (IQR).
The QAA (Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education) is the UK’s independent authority for maintaining and enhancing academic standards in higher education.

Students receive comprehensive support in preparing for, identifying and securing suitable internships and employment opportunities. Curricular and extracurricular activities further equip them with the practical skills required for their future careers.

Many BUV programmes hold accreditation from professional bodies and technology institutes with global reach. This recognition confirms that what you study meets the standards applied in the profession itself.
Upon completion of the University of Staffordshire's BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance programme, graduates can gain exemptions for a number of examinations as they continue their journey to become professional accountants through the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Graduates of the BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance programme are exempted from the following ACCA exams:
BUV’s BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance programme, awarded by the University of Staffordshire, is accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). Subject to satisfactory completion of relevant modules, graduates may receive exemptions from five of the six Certificate Level modules of the ICAEW ACA qualification:
For the ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (ICAEW CFAB), graduates may receive exemptions from four modules: - Assurance
Accounting remains a compulsory examination for all students.
As a CISCO Academy, BUV has access to a comprehensive technology skills and career building programme with a global reputation for preparing people for success in a connected world. These courses are offered as part of BUV’s professional skills programmes offered by Student Engagement team and are available to any BUV student.
The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is the UK’s leading professional body for management and the only organisation authorised to award Chartered Manager status.
Since 2022, students enrolled in BUV’s BSc (Hons) International Business Management and MBA programmes have received CMI Affiliate membership, providing access to learning resources, career support, mentoring and networking events.
