STAFF STORIES

HEAR FROM OUR STAFF

Collaboration and innovation is so important. In my first year at BUV we had a great success in my team. We grew our area of the business by 260%. We could not have done that without the input of all our colleagues.

Matt Jansen

Head, International Student Recruitment

In everyone, not just my colleagues but also my students, there is a genuine culture of care and respect, which makes kindness and support feel natural, not forced. Here at BUV, professional development is taken very seriously. We are encouraged to ask questions, try new ideas. BUV provide us with the space to learn, develop and reflect.

Jed Clarke

Acting Discipline Lead – Accounting, Finance & Economics

What I enjoy most at BUV is how learning happens naturally every day. I am very happy and lucky to have my colleagues who are very strong in their expertise and always willing to support and share their knowledge. I feel encouraged to take responsibility through trust. I have a space to explore the new idea, try it out and find what works best.

Tran To Uyen

Manager, Campus Central

The people here make all the difference. I've been lucky enough to work with colleagues who are not only greatly responsible and supportive but also wildly talented, and I'm deeply grateful for their guidance and support along the way.
