Under the general supervision and general direction of the AMM, this position is responsible for aspects of the campus services operations including administrative support, request and feedback handling, outsourcing services management, procurement, document control, disseminating and providing guidelines to staff on the implementation of campus operating standards, policies and procedures.


  1. Play a role as a link among staff, students, vendors, guests and other related parties.
  2. Promptly and politely respond to all feedbacks, enquiries, complaints, lost and found, delivery etc and handle them in an efficient and courteous manner.
  3. Assist AMM to coordinate works with Campus’ operational vendors. Communicate policies and procedures; discuss job problems, and vendors’ concerns with superior and vendors.
  4. Provide support to AMM in monitoring approvedepartmental budget with proactive and active approach towards initiatives on cost efficiency.
  5. Carry out equipment crosscheck to ensure that proper maintenance is being performed in accordance with campus operations standards.
  6. Provide recommendation to AMM in formulating campus policies and procedures to improve the services.
  7. Take steps to assure quality and quantity of Campus services performance, and evaluate results.
  8. Provide onsite supervision to ensure that general safety, fire prevention regulations are enforced, and safe working habits are promoted throughout the facility.
  9. Handle emergency circumstances in compliance with emergency procedures in the Campus.
  10. Handle procurement request and process.
  11. Responsible for assets inventory and controlling.
  12. Responsible for the implementation and promotion of the following:
  • Ensure operational policies and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety practices and standards.
  • Perform related duties as required – a “can do, will do” attitude.
  • Report to and collaborate with superior of the services related issues and vendors’ related issues.
  • Maintain a professional working environment.
  • Assure good communication internally and externally.
  • Develop goals for outsourced team members and self.
  • Comply with employment laws and campus’ employment practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ year experience in building operations/ services/ administration.


  • Teamwork and multitask skills.
  • Negotiation and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
  • Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
