In a collaboration to foster projects aimed at identifying, developing, and providing an exceptional workforce for large-scale domestic and international companies, BUV and Navigos Group has recently held a meeting to discuss strengthening cooperation. The event was attended by Professor Rick Bennett, BUV Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President; Mr. Ryosuke Kanemoto, CEO of Navigos Group – the leading provider of human resources and recruitment solutions in Vietnam, along with leaders from two organisation and a group of 20 outstanding BUV students. 

On behalf of BUV, Professor Rick Bennett, BUV Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President, reaffirmed BUV’s unwavering commitment to providing students with a world-class education, with a particular focus on equipping them with the essential components of the A-S-K competency model that is increasingly valued in the job market. These elements include Attitude, Skills, and Knowledge.

BUV is committed to nurturing exceptional graduates who will serve as high-quality human resources, perfectly poised to meet the ever-evolving demands of the market.” shared Professor Rick Bennett. 

Mr. Kanemoto, CEO of Navigos Group gave a high appraisal for BUV educational standards and student capabilities. He emphasised: “The collaboration between Navigos and BUV is clear evidence of the effective connection between the academic environment and the labour market. BUV students, with their solid academic foundation and proactive spirit, are well-prepared to meet the increasing demands of businesses. I believe that this partnership will not only open up numerous attractive job opportunities for students but also provide high-quality human resources to Navigos’ business network.” 

Looking forward, Mr. Kanemoto shared Navigos Group’s mid-term goal of giving back to society through groundbreaking HR innovations with a wide-ranging impact, benefiting all stakeholders.
