BUV and SIM Partner to Expand Regional Mobility Opportunities

British University Vietnam (BUV) has officially signed a Study Abroad Agreement with the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), opening a new door for academic mobility within Asia. This exciting partnership creates opportunities for students enrolled in University of London (UoL) programmes at BUV to study for one academic year at SIM while remaining on track with their degree.
Eligible students who have successfully completed their first year at BUV can now spend a year immersed in a new academic and cultural environment at SIM. During their time abroad, they will undertake credit-bearing modules fully aligned with the UoL curriculum, ensuring seamless academic continuity.
This collaboration marks a significant step forward in BUV’s efforts to offer students broader regional exposure and real-world global learning experiences. It allows students to explore a new education system, expand their intercultural competencies, and build international networks—valuable advantages in an increasingly connected world.
Aligned with BUV’s mission to deliver world-class British education and foster global citizenship, the agreement is part of a broader strategy to expand partnerships with top-tier universities and institutions worldwide.
Studying at BUV, students can choose from short-term study abroad or semester exchange programmes, transfer to a BUV partner university overseas in their last one or two years (2+1 or 2+2…), or continue their academic journey by pursuing a postgraduate degree from one of the top-ranked institutions in the world. All these opportunities are supported by personalised assistance from the BUV International Office.

With dedicated support from the BUV International Office, students enjoy a remarkable 90% success rate across all international student mobility programmes.
