HRH Scholarship Award Ceremony

On September 16^th, the HRH Scholarship Award Ceremony was held. Joining the event were our scholarship winners Phan Thi Nguyen Phuong, Nguyen Thi Mai Ngoc, Nguyen Hong Tham and Nguyen Duyen Ngan, along with their friends and families. In attendance from BUV were Sir Graham Davies – President of BUV, Mr. Christopher Jeffery – Dean of BUV, Professor Ieuan Ellis – Pro Vice Chancellor of Staffordshire University and a special guest H.E Giles Lever – British Ambassador to Vietnam.

The HRH Prince Andrew – Duke of York Scholarship is British University Vietnam’s most prestigious scholarship, offered annually to 04 outstanding individuals nationwide with value of 700,000,000 VND – covering the full tuition fee of undergraduate programmes awarded by Staffordshire University. It is also the only scholarship in Vietnam to be named after a member of the UK Royal Family.
